Never dial international 011... numbers directly from your registered phone - always dial our SmartDial or Access Numbers first in order to ensure that the call goes through our system and not through your home or mobile service provider.
When using our Access Numbers DO NOT PRESS "SEND" KEY on your phone after you entered international number - your call is already connected. If you press the "SEND" key your call might (if you have conference call feature enabled on your phone) go through your land line or mobile carrier.

WHAT IS SMART DIAL NUMBER?
SmartDial Number is a regular telephone number in your area that is assigned to an international or long distance number of your choice.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you call a SmartDial Number our system takes this call and sends it directly to the Assigned Number. This is why you do not need to dial Access Number, PIN, and a long 011+ international number – our system does it for you!
SmartDial Number is a regular phone number so you can store it into you home and mobile phones and call internationally by pressing only one button!
WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY PHONE NUMBER?
StanaCard is using Caller ID of registered on your account phones for your account identification. When you place a call our system reads your caller ID and finds your account in our database.
If you Caller ID is blocked – it is not a problem. All you need to do is dial *82 + SmartDial or *82 + Access Number. When you dial *82 – it unblocks caller ID of your phone for this (and only this) specific call.
If you want to save your SmartDial or Access Number into your telephone with a blocked Caller ID you need to save it as *82 + SmartDial or *82 + Access Number so every time you make a call your caller ID will unblock automatically.
